After an exciting first half of the Autumn Term, our Beavers, Cubs, Scouts and volunteer leader team are enjoying a well deserved half term break.
We return on Tuesday 31 October 2023 (for Beavers and Cubs) and 1 November 2023 (for Scouts) for a spooky Halloween-themed evening!
Welcome to the 25th Purley
We deliver exciting weekly programmes for young people aged 6 to 18 and an extensive range of adventurous activities and camps throughout the year. We believe in preparing young people with skills for life - by having fun and enjoying new adventures whilst developing skills they need to succeed now and in the future
We would love to welcome new adventurers to the 25th Purley Scouting Family. We very much welcome new joiner enquiries for all three sections, which we will add to our waiting list. Although we are currently full with a waiting list, we will have a small number of places available in January 2024. CLICK HERE to find out more.
Details of our Remembrance Sunday parade can be found HERE. It is the most important Parade of the year and is a very proud day for the Scout Group. Everybody is expected to be on parade.

Beavers
Our Beaver Colony is thriving with eager Beavers turning up each week! The exciting weekly Colony programmes are themed and built around the various Challenge and Activity badges that the Beavers can earn, including some very special activities!
Cubs
Our Cub Pack is one of the largest and most successful in the area. Weekly meetings are run at a fast pace with loads of exciting games and activities in a packed, themed Programme! Our Cubs also experience the thrill of 2 or 3 camps every year
Scouts
The 25th Purley Scout Troop is booming, and remains the largest, and arguably the most successful Scout Troop in the area. Our Scouts experience thrilling weekly meetings and at least 3 adventurous camps every year!
